About Saltlux Inc.

Saltlux Inc. Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Sysmeta JSC, was established in 2000 as a start-up in the field of machine learning and natural language processing. Since its establishment, the company has been a leading original technology enterprise in Korea’s 4th Industrial Revolution, dedicated to the development of AI and big data technologies.

Saltlux Joint Stock Company established branches in Vietnam, Japan and the US, gradually developing to become Saltlux Inc. We focus on developing and pioneering future source technology capable of cooperation/interaction between not only human but human to machine, machine to machine, focusing on the mission statement of company: “We Communicate Knowledge for People”.

Through expansion and global collaboration, Wonwon Soft, Mobico and Saltlux Inc.’s Gwangju Lab came together as Saltlux Innovation, providing various AI collaboration businesses and language intelligence services. We named our language service MOBICO – which stemmed from the root of technology translation and electronic publishing back in 1979.

Established Mobico Inc., Korea’s first technology translation and electronic publishing company

2000

Established Sysmatec JSC specializing in natural language processing and machine learning

2003

Sysmatec Joint Stock Company and International Mobico merged, renamed as Mobico Sysmatec Joint Stock Company

2005

Mobico & Sysmeta was renamed as Saltlux Inc., which provides AI, Big Data solutions and language service

2018

Saltlux Inc. established a separate legal entity called Saltlux Partners – a subsidiary of Saltlux Inc. that provides only language service

2022

Wonwon Soft, Saltlux Partners and Saltlux Inc.’s Gwangju Lab merged together as Saltlux Innovation company, providing various AI collaboration businesses and language intelligence services, in which our language service is named MOBICO

Our network of certified linguists is superior and trained to fit your business needs. We hold a daily production capacity of over 60,000 words with quality control and assurance process. MOBICO takes pride in providing language services covering 180 languages, including rare ones. We translate content from various specialized fields and provide automatic translation services and solutions based on artificial intelligence.

ISO 17100

ISO 17100 is an internationally recognized standard for translation firms that includes crucial processes for delivering translation services. In May 2020, MOBICO acquired ISO 17100 certification for our translation and localization services. This certification indicates that our quality management process meets stringent expectations and we adhere to it consistently and effectively.
